Organizer access allows you to create and manage events on the Llama Events platform. With organizer permissions, you can access additional features designed specifically for event creators and unlock the full potential of event management.

Becoming an Organizer ​

Transform from an event attendee to an event creator by gaining organizer access. The process is designed to be straightforward while ensuring platform quality and security for all users.

Access through "Create Event" ​

Recommended Method - The simplest and most direct way to become an organizer

  1. Click "Create Event" - Navigate to the "Create Event" button in the main navigation
  2. Request Access - System will prompt you to request organizer permissions if not yet granted
  3. Complete Application - Fill out the organizer application form with your event details
  4. Submit for Review - Submit your application for admin review and approval

Admin approval is typically processed within 24-48 hours. You'll receive an email notification when your organizer status is approved.

If you're the rightful organizer of an event already listed on the platform, you can easily claim ownership and gain full management control.

Claiming Event Ownership ​

Simple 3-Step Claim Process - Verify your connection to existing events and gain management access

  1. Navigate to Event - Find and visit the event page you want to claim ownership of
  2. Click "Claim This Event" - Find and click the "Claim This Event" button at the bottom of the event page
  3. Provide Verification - Submit verification information proving your connection to the event

Connection Verification ​

Admins verify your connection to the event through website listings, social media profiles, or other official documentation
